Studies

The field of research in homeopathy is still small, but is growing. Homeopathy does not get funding like other studies do. In order for more qualitative studies it must get more funding to conduct quality trials and research methods. There are 189 peer-reviewed papers with usable data, controlled trials, and placebo controlled trials. About 104 of these papers represent 61 different medical conditions. Out of these 41% reported positive findings, 5% negative and 54% non-conclusive. Randomised controlled trials of homeopathy have four of five reviews that have positive conclusions as well as two reviews of individualised homeopathy. Placebo-controlled randomised trial groups are in favour of homeopathy.

Clinical Observational Studies

About 6,554 follow-up patients were treated for chronic conditions and reported positive outcomes. Patients who were on conventional medicine stopped or reduced their intake after following homeopathc treatment. More laboratory research is being done, and has shown positive outcomes about homeopathic solutes and can exert biological effects.
